Budget, challenged by an outdated and multi-page rental process that was experiencing high exit rates, aimed to transform the car rental experience into a simplified and modern solution. Additionally, their insurance options and accessories offerings were sometimes confusing to users, resulting in missed sales opportunities.
In collaboration with DigitasLBI we designed a one-page User Experience to enhance the usability of their car rental process. By introducing bundle deals for target user groups, insurance and accessories offerings were simplified. Furthermore, the User Interface was conceptually redesigned for the creation of an LEDU online course.
